Hi Sandy! Thanks for the info. When you have time could you post an outline of the topics and who the presenters will be?

Hey Everyone,

In corrisponding with Rodger regarding the up coming seminar here is an overview of what he said would be covered.....

We are going to give you a strategic plan to take you from where you are now to the best condition you've ever been. We're going to take you step-by-step through the following areas:

Mental Preparation
Training
Cardio
Nutrition
Posing
Tracking Your Progress - we'll help you get started here with initial photos and body comp.

We are going to save you from making unnecessary mistakes. We will give you the whole truth as we see it and all the factors you need to achieve the greatest results possible in the alloted time. Our goal with this seminar is to help you bring together the same strategy we would take if we were in your shoes.

Tom, we are considering sending out a pre seminar worksheet to help each attendee really clarify their goals, concerns and questions so that they (and we) can really laser in on the most important questions and how to achieve what they really want to achieve.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Thanks,
Roger

I thought we could use this thread to see what else you might feel is an important topic to cover. Ideas anyone?

Tom

For those of us unable to travel to KY -- can I suggest that Beverly video tape this seminar. I know I would pay for this. It just isn't in our budget to travel right before Christmas.

I concur Vanessa.. what a great idea! For those that can't travel to attend.. I'd pay for the videotape and whatever handouts were presented. I'm looking for a local (PA/NY) type contest prep seminar - can't find one.. Thanks!!

Sully, part of my surgery residency was spent at Cape Cod Hospital. I have fond memories of that hospital as well as the gym in which i trained while i lived on the Cape.

In which area of the Cape do you live?

FitDoc,

I am in Mashpee, its the town between Barnstable and Falmouth. I am a police officer in Mashpee and train at Worlds. My old gym was R&R, a great hard core gym, and Gold's in Hyannis. Where did you train? How long ago where you here last?

I trained at Gold's in Hyannis back in 1995-1996. I'm originally from Akron, OH but now live in the Cleveland area. I just moved back to OH from Detroit a few months ago.

I miss that Gold's gym in Hyannis.
