| 3 days to go! I do hope my posts can be inspirational to competitors and non-competitors. It has been a great journey this season..My diet has been much easier and adding in new supps has helped too(Muscle Mass, Density & Quad). I am feeling great and looking good. My posing is getting better. Now I only have 1 more cardio/workout session and it's rest & pose until showtime. Actually- rest, pose, eat, pose, eat, tan, eat, pose, pose, eat, tan, nails, pose, eat & pack.
Thanks for all of the positive feedback! |

| Thanks guys. I'm just anxious for Saturday to be here. Really Friday-because then I'll be busy tanning, weighing in and I'll wake up for showtime. Btw my weight has been steady 104-105 past few weeks. Today I'm 103.8 Yesterday was my last training day. So today I feel kinda lazy not going. But my body needs and deserves a break. I'm loading the carbs today and looking lean and mean I'm so amazed at the changes in my phyique. They really start to show once you are lean and then add in some good healthy carbs. Fatnomore- I hope you see it can be a rollercoaster to acheive the body you want. I plan to continue the pursuit after my contest and I will post that as well. I've done alot of work to get here and I'm not covering up these muscles w/unhealthy fat. That is where the real journey begins-into the real world/normal life and maintaining! |

| 3 wks post competition. I have been following a healthy diet and contiuning light cardio, and my regular workouts. I did not have the urge to binge after my contest. I simply returned to my competition diet the very next day. I have maintained 1-2 lbs from my weight at weigh in. I have gradually adjusted my diet to add in more healthy carbs and lowered my protein slightly. Now that I have maintained I will begin my offseason diet to allow me to gain some LBM for my next season. |
