SB, Just wanted to know how your contest prep is going. Have been thinking of you. I know that you're staying on track, but could probably use a little encouragement right now. Hey Top, so nice of you to check in on me! I haven't been around here much lately...due to an illness in my family I had to pretty much stop training/dieting cold turkey and put my contest plans on hold. There really wasn't much of a decision I just had to stop due to the circumstances. I was doing very well with the diet and training and was right on track, but that's life! And to top it off I've been on the couch with the flu for the past few days! One way or another I guess I wasn't destined to compete in March.

I'm praying for you and your family. That's gotta be tough to be so close and to have circumstances beyond your control get in the way. Will you set your sites on another show, maybe later this summer? Let me know and I'll train by e-mail with you. Sure helps me to have others help me through the tough times. I see you live in Michigan. I'm originally from Minnesota, so I know how the winters can be. Spring is just around the corner and we can all start anew. Keep your chin up. Thinking of you, Sue

SB, I'm also sorry to hear about the illness in the family and yourself. That flu is still floating around this area as well. (Minnesota). I haven't gotten it yet (knock on the table top)! I hope all is well with you and yours and don't worry you'll get right back on track real soon. You won't lose any progress either. You have nothing to worry about hon. Yes Sue, the winters do kind of stink here. Its chilly now but like you said "Spring is around the corner"! WEEHOO. I'm waiting.
