Hey everyone. This weekend I think I was In the best condition of my life. The problem is that im to far ahead of schedule. Im starting to get flat and am feeling super hungry and weak. I was wondering if I can add some extra calories at the end of the night. I was thinking of 2 tbs of natural peanut butter before bed to give me some extra calories plus keep me full. Your thoughts please.

Try this:

1/3 packet sugar-free jello or sugar-free pudding
6 oz water
8 ice cubes
1/2 scoop UMP

Blend the UMP and pudding first, then add the ice. You need to add more ice to make you a thick consistency.

Use a straw and take your time.

STAY AWAY FROM THE PB!!! The PB Monster will get you, perform PBM Hypnosis and you'll devour 3 jars, never remember, plead the 5th, and see yourself on tape.

if you are that flat, the carbs might need to come up a bit to help remedy this! If you are ready ahead of schedule, then the answer would be to start bringing the carbs back up a bit to help get fuller, harder, and yes even tighter! I don't know any of your particulars!

LOL

Ray, what you need to do is, "Follow the Beverly Plan" skipping down the road.

Contact your advisor for your next evaluation. You can't be on the same diet plan, the same measures all the way to the contest. They need to be restructured at least every two weeks and by week 6, weekly!
