My contest is October 29th. I only started my prep 3 weeks ago. So far it's going well-losing about .3-.5" of of my waist per week and maintaining arm/chest/etc. measurements w/ 3 days of cardio. I was just curious if some of the contributors here could give me an idea of what all physical characteristics I should be able to see at 7 weeks out? I've had trouble getting the bf% measurements to come out right with calipers...so are there any key changes that I should look for to indicate my bf%? Thanks for all the help!
