not enough specifics here, but if talking the final week then many of us use beef/grapefruit. Twofold, the fat in the beefs provides energy and helps fill out the muscles and the grapefruit is a natural diuretic and very low glycemic.
Chicken/grapefruit, dont see that much, but there is nothing wrong with it, if its on the diet usually you would see 5 egg whites or so, 5 oz chicken and a grapefruit for breakfast.
