Are you trying to be ready like at 6 weeks out?
If you were 15 weeks out on July 12, you'd be about 11 weeks out now and if you are 40 mm and shooting for 35 mm, that's only a 5 mm total loss in 11 weeks. . . Just curious because I would die if I had to maintain my conditioning for several weeks.

Great work!

You if you are almost 11 weeks out at this point it is possible that you MAY have to increase calories at some point.

Yes, increase calories.

I would not worry about "peaking" early. For the most part if you are making gradual changes as they are necessary this is not a problem.

Best of luck...

Hypertrophy- acyually im also doing a show sept 30 as a warm up for the oct show..i found one a week before that one but not sure if ill have the time to do so because of getting to chicago the week after..if i should peakout earlier im pretty sure i can hang on..

ETX- thanks.. bring my cals up? ill give you a rundown on how i eat and you let me know what ya think
M1 6 egg whites,5oz burger,1/2 cup of oats with strawberries
M2 6 egg whites,5oz burger
M3 8oz chicken, 1 can of green beans,1/2 cup of oats with strawberries
M4 shake,strawberries,2 egg whites or a protein bar
M5 shake with strawb,1/2 cup of oats,2 eggwhites,
M6 8oz chicken breast, can of green beans,1/2 cup of oats
M7 12 egg whites

i eat this 6 days a week with sat being my cheat day.. 1 month out ill try to cut the cheat day.. my oats vary from day to day on how i feel-1/2-3/4 cups...closer to the show i also do it where every third day is hardly any carbs.

also can you tell me what most people get down to for total mm when doing a BB show? i know my mm are gonna drop more because of my back having that christmas tree look

thanks again

Men should get down to about 28 to 32 points. But, remember, it's not about numbers, it's about how you look. 32 points may look smooth on some and shredded on others. Also, numbers tend to vary a bit, even when measurements are done by the same person and method. I've noticed this tends to happen more frequently the closer you are to competition. That's why I stop doing body comps when I'm about 2 weeks out. I focus instead on other changes I want to see, like increased separation, striations, etc.
