This upcoming Sunday will the 28th will mark 6 weeks from my first contest. I will be transitioning into a hybrid phase 3 diet plan and make adjustments as necessary as the show nears. Here are my stats as of today.
Age 23
Weight 178.3lbs
Height 5'7 (can't seem to grow!)
Chest 3
Tri 4
Midax 5
Subscap 9
Suprailliac 5
Ab 6
Thigh 4

Meal plan- phase 2 8 weeks out

Upon rising 8 Muscle Synergy-2 Energy Reserve-2 7-Keto

Meal 1 6 oz turkey/chicken breast
1 cup egg whites
1 grapefruit
1 Super pak-4 Mass-4 Ultra 40-3 EFA Gold-3 Quadracarn-2 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 2 2 scoops UMP, 1 MP, 1 tbsp healthy fat
4 Mass-4 Ultra 40-2 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 3 8 oz chicken, turkey breast, or extra lean beef, (can also do 1-2 6oz cans tuna)
1-2 cups vegetables
4 Mass-4 Ultra 40-2 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

30 minutes pre-training 2 Energy Reserve-2 7-Keto Musclean

Meal 4 2 scoops MP, 1 scoop UMP, 1 tbsp healthy fat

Meal 5 8 oz extra lean beef, chicken, turkey, or fish
1-2 cups vegetables (1 tbsp healthy fat optional)
4 Mass-4 Ultra 40-2 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 6 4 oz chicken or turkey breast
1 cup egg whites with veggies
4 Mass-4 Ultra 40-3 EFA Gold-3 Quadracarn- 2 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 2 Option A-1.5 scoops UMP
1 small tortilla with 1 tbsp better than butter
3 Mass-6 Ultra 40-3 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 3 6 oz chicken breast
Salad with cucumbers, spinach, tomatos
2 tbsp Newmans Own dressing
3 Mass-6 Ultra 40-3 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

30 minutes pre-training 2 Energy Reserve-3 7-Keto Musclean-4 GH Factor

Meal 4 1.5 scoops MP

Meal 5 6 ounces lean meat
1.5 cups vegetables
3 Mass-6 Ultra 40-3 Muscularity-2 Lean Out

Meal 6 1/2 cup egg whites, 4oz extra lean ground turkey breast

30 minutes before bed 4 GH Factor

I do LISS cardio 6 days per week for 20 min keeping my heart rate between 130-140 and will bump up according to precontest manual and make changes if needed.

I also pose at least once per day 4 days per week doing quarter turns and holding mandatory shots for 20-30 seconds.

Any suggestions? Advice? Words of motivation?

This will be my first contest and nerves are kicking in!

I won't comment on your diet as your following the manual then you will be on point however your last statement stood out: "In order to succeed, all I have to do is suffer" Try to really enjoy the process. It does not have to be "suffering" Think of all the positives being in the best shape of your life. If you really enjoy the process and concentrate on the positives not only will you have better support from those around you, lower cortisol, but it will also draw others into the sport.

Thanks for your words of encouragement. My focus is fierce, and I do enjoy the lifestyle. 6 weeks out, here I come.
