I'm 10 weeks out from my first competition. I have Brian Wiefering doing my diet, and I know he knows his stuff.. I've worked with him before. However, I've hit a plateau. I don't see him, again, until 2 weeks from now, but I've not lost anything in quite some time. I was wondering how much cardio one should be doing at 10 weeks out. I've been doing 3 sessions of HIIT for about 25 minutes per week. And I'm doing one of the precontest workout splits I found in Beverly's Blueprints for Success book. Thanks!! | ||
