Hello All-
I haven't posted here often-but wanted to see if I could get some feedback and/or suggestions.
I am currently around 9% bodyfat. I am competing in 2 weeks in a figure competition.
I would ideally like to be at around 8% and I am probably capable of doing that. I am just curious as far as supplmentation goes-is it okay to begin using muscularity now if I have not been doing so? I do not want to throw anything off, but would like to keep fullness and as much hardness in my muscles as possible, and thinking this might help. Thanks!

Adding Muscularity to your supplement regimen will help you retain muscle and has insulin regulators to aid in continued fat loss. This can only help at this stage of the game.

I was thinking the same thing-so I have added 2 muscularity 3x/day now-only 11 days left! wish me luck Smile
