I'm coming up on 2 weeks out for my next figure contest, i'm going in 10lbs. heavier this year which is a huge deal to me. did not take a fat burner which i feel helped me maintain my muscle... Havent lost any strength, things are going great... Please look at my diet and give tips as to how to perfect it... I am switching egg whites to turkey because of the sodium... What is the lowest sodium fresh fish available? basically I need to know what meat to eat (don't eat red) and how to manipulate my supps for best results. I dont need to lose much more fat really, just need hardening. thanks!! 5:30am- 2 lean out, 2 energy reserve, 2 GH factor 6:00am- 3 egg whites w/ spinach, 3/4 c. fiber one (egg whites changing to turkey) supps- super pack, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40, 5 muscularity 8:30am- 2 lean out, 2 energy reserve, 2 GH factor 9:00am- protein shake 11:30am- 2 lean out, 2 energy reserve, 2 GH factor 12:00pm- 1/2c chicken, 1 c. green veg., 1/4c. yam, 3 mass aminos, 3 ultra 40, 5 muscularity 2:00pm- protein shake, 3 mass aminos, 3 ultra 40, 5 muscularity 4:00pm 2 lean out, 2 energy reserve, 2 GH factor 4:30pm- 1/2c chicken, 1 c. green veg., 1/4c. yam, 3 mass aminos, 3 ultra 40, 5 muscularity 5:00pm workout- glutamine select, acetyl-l-carnitine powder, 12 muscle mass spaced throughout training 7:00pm- post workout shake 7:30pm- 2 lean out, 2 energy reserve, 2 GH factor 8:00pm- 1/2c. chicken, 1c. green veg, 4 mass aminos, 4 ultra 40, 5 muscularity totals- 20 mass aminos, 20 ultra 20, 25 muscularity, 12 GH fcator (this gets alternated taking it one week before meals nad next week 6 in the am 6 pre-bed), 20 muscle mass, 2 scoops glut select, 2.5 g acetyl-l-carnitine, 10 energy reserve, 10 lean out | ||

no reason to drop sodium now, you want to maintain it until last few days before the show and even then drop it barely. maybe try and maintain about 2500 mg's and then at one week out drop it down to 2000 mg's and then maybe thurs and fri driop it down to about 1750 mgs. while maintaining about 1-1.5 gallons of water per day even to the day before the show, other wise that weight you worked so hard to keep will be lost and flat will be the name of the game again.
