Hi Guys,
I am 4 weeks out of doing my first Womans BB show. This is my warm up because I have never done one before and it is a small show so I wont be so nervous for my other shows. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on my diet. Here is what I am doing so far:


8:00 am
3 egg whites 1 whole egg or ½ cup egg beaters w/mushrooms
1 grapefruit

10:15
1 scoop of Beverly MP
3 cups cabbage or some kind of veggies

12:30
4 oz of chicken
Salad
8 oz strawberries

3:00
4 oz of tuna (1 can)
4 oz of sweet potato (this is before my workout)

6:00
1 scoop of Beverly MP
4 oz sweet potato (after my workout)

8:00
½ cup of egg beaters w/mushrooms
8 oz of strawberries or 1 Grapefruit

My work out is as follows:
Monday: Back and Biceps
Tuesday: Chest and 30 min of Cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: 45 Min of Cardio
Friday: Shoulders and Triceps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 30 Min of cardio.

My Numbers for BF are:
Tricep: 9
Ab: 6
Thigh: 10

Hi there. Congrats on doing your first show...that's super exciting. I recommend that you go to www.bodybuildingworld.com and read as many articles written by women bodybuilders as you can. Probably the best place to start for a female bodybuilder is an article by Joni Lee at http://www.bodybuildingworld.com/vol6_1/mscin200.html. A few more to look for are by Rebecca Bruce, Shelli Jones and Tracy Beckham - but don't stop there, as there are more. Read as much as you can.

I also recommend reading the Pre Contest Workshop – Phase 2 – 8 Weeks Out article and the Pre Contest Workshop - Achieve Your Best Physique in 16 Weeks article. These will give you great competition information.
