Hi girls! I know 5 weeks left! holy cow! Mussy, you look ready now so you will rock for sure! at least you dont have to walk in heelsSmile Lauren~just stick with the plan and be patient. I too like to see results right away and it is frustrating when they dont come overnight because sometimes you feel like you are depriving yourself of "fun" foods. Once I truly committed to being 100% consistent, the results did come, not overnight but remember we didnt get out of shape overnight either. You will get there~no doubt!

I think you look leaner.
How did you do that in only TWO weeks?
What is your cardio load like?

You look darker - did you start tanning?

Yea, I did start tanning, Only been a few times though. I know it's bad to do but old habbits are hard to break. I am one of those who"grew-up" at the pool. Big Grin

I have only been doing cardio 3-4 times a week for about 30 mins. I am stepping that up now-I just have to be carful- and try somehow not to lose any muscle Eek

hi there, it looks like you are going to do awesome. I think you have AMAZING abs. There is one particularly jaw dropping ab pose!

What was your diet like before your 7-week out commitment? was it ****** or pretty good?

You seem to respond VERY quickly...Smile

Just checked it out. Much better seeing your posing. I'm going to say that side tricep is going to be your best pose. Call it, "Picture perfect".

Concentrate on locking and tightening the legs. Get the feel of what it's like to tighten, then flex the hamstring. Also work on locking in the quads. Each week as you tighten up your diet, your legs will come in.

Your front double bicep: Elbows out in front just a tad and a little higher up.

Front Latspread: Bring the thumbsetting about 3 inches higher, elbows forward.

LOCK IN!!

All poses, flex from the feet, upward.

REMEMBER:
Last leg workout will be about 10 days from comp time. Your concentration will be posing and locking them in and your cardio.

Thanks Frank, I have been working on the posing. It's so hard with the back poses-when I practice I cant see what its looking like. I hope my legs do start to come in better-that has me worried. I'm going to keep on practicing everyday. I hope to see improvements.

Frank, I forgot, As far as locking in thehams- what;s the bestway to do it? I am just not feeling it? Maybe it's my stance-dont know but that is bothering me. Thanks for all your advice. I sure need it. Smile

Lock in the hams:

Place your hand on them so you can feel what it will take in your leg movement. Bend your knee and raise your foot on your toe(s). You'll notice there's a little tenseness. You'll have to fight between the quads for stability and ever so slightly begin to push off as though you're going to take jump or better, if you're going to pick your foot up (backward) by dragging your "locked" foot. The foot never moves. See how that will feel. The same with the quads. It is not so much the flexing hard, but it is how you can hold position on the ground to make the legs muscles begin to separate. Watch in the mirror or use two mirrors.
