I know it's stated that this plan is suppose to get you to the four week out point..I just started this plan this week..not off much from what I was doing before..I've been carb cycling for a while so I'm familiar with this style of dieting..my concern is if I'm putting my cals too low..this far out..my comp is Apr.07..figure by the way..I'm 24 yrs old, 5'10, 150 lbs..lift 4 days..hitting legs two of those days..I do cardio4-6 days a week..recently upped to 45-1hr per session and my calorie weekly average before starting this plan was around 1850..I'd carb up on mon and thurs or fri..my average with this plan from this week is 1450..mon. 1658 cals..tues. 825 cals(way too low..but followed plan)..wed. 1300..thurs..2000..fri. 1200..sat. 1200..today. 1600..
Does this look like a good plan? Am I going too low? Any thoughts would be appreciated.. Thank you Train hard...Train Smart |

I added a few ounces here and there or added a few whites extra to get my cals up on some days..I track everything I eat..weigh and measure everything and keep my food log on fitday
