I would like to give thanks and appreciation for the great services JTheo offers via this forum and his website, www.nattynutrition.com. I contacted Jason for help with my Peak Week for a show, the Ironguns Natural in Lubbock, Tx on July 4th. On very short notice he brought me in fuller, drier, and harder than I have ever been. People who have seen me onstage many times were amazed at the difference in my physique, and the only thing I had done different was using Jasons protocol. I highly recommend anyone approaching a contest consider using his services, as I guarantee he will get you on stage at your all time best.

I'm not sure if I have had the pleasure of seeing you on stage however, I must congratulate you on a job well done. As many of us preach on here, dieting has a lot more to do with your physique than what most people realize.

Mark came to me already in phenomenal shape, all I had to do was load the man up and that we did. He was dry and full and veiny as ****, talk about thin skinned.

I told him I thought he would vy for the Overall and he brought it home.

Great work Mark. Now if I can convince him to do the Masters Nationals, hint, hint....

The photos my wife took are really dark,which is typically the case. I am waiting for photos from the show photographer and I'll get some posted. In the meantime, you can go to Jason's website, www.nattynutrition.com, and he has a photo there that was taken a few hours after the show.

Frank, You may have seen me in the past. I have done the Europa Supershow, which is in your backyard, the past 3 years in the Open MW and Masters 40+ classes. I will also be there on the 15th of August. I really enjoy that show with the huge expo, IFBB contest, and everything else they have. It gets bigger and better every year.

Jason doesn't know a thing about contest prep. So what, if he gets himself down to 3% bodyfat for his contests, big deal. So what, if his arms are bigger than mine, yet I outweigh him by 30lbs. He probably injected "slin-trol" into those things. I'd never trust this white potato eating freak with anything.

Just joking. Jason is a true professional. If you have had some trouble "peaking" in the past, his approach may be the last little push you need to achieve your best.
