Here I am, almost 10lbs. heavier from my contest last year. What should I improve upon for my next contest in October?

here we go, here are the ones from the professional photgrapher. If I knew how to pose better I could've brought my hamstrings out more. In addition my back pose sucks, i totally missed the pose and on top of it did not really supinate my biceps. oh well at least you get the idea...

Well, I don't think you were too lean, I just judged a NANBF Bod & Fig our instructions are not too muscular and not too soft, it's avery fine line in our Federation, I don't know what competition you were in. We had a few crossovers Bod to Fig and none of them placed 1st in figure. My suggestion is look at the other competetors and use how they placed as a guide.
