I have had a long time dream to compete but I am currently not in my best condition ("64 and a half this month"). Is there any advise on how to go about preparing at this age and at the same time overcome some knee and back problems from an auto accident over 3 years ago. I have a job that requires a lot of driving and sometimes interupting and messing with an eating schedule. Should I be thinking of 2 years to pursue my quest or could I be ready for the 2009 N Ky? Currently have a spare tire, 26% BF, vertical jump of 2.36", no work out partner (old ones retired and on crutches), penchant for 2 Jack and Cokes with Saturday night dinners with my Lady, also the knee has resticted my wogging (jogging/walking combo)......... I need some advise, motivation, a plan with hope!!! Beside Beverly Rocks! Can you help me rock again?

do a search for Scott Hults, I think his site is something like www.bodybuildingsenior.com. He should be able to help you out.
