I think I may have started my carbs a bit early. I am comming into the show already soft, and had been skipped my carb up meal on monday. Well last night i had a carb-up meal of 1c of oats and 9oz of sweet potatoes. Since i'm already pretty soft, I dont' think I should have done this.
I was thinking of either A)skipping tonights carb up or B) making it much smaller (.5c oats and 6oz sweet pot) I also was reading to go with Beef and Grapefruit for friday, but to cut off the grapefruit @ noon and just go with the beef for the rest of the day (it didn't say anything about keeping with the flax)
I also heard much about eating "dry carbs" (granola, rice cakes) to help dry you out.
I'm loading potassium right now and keeping my sodium low. And I realize that dropping water isn't a fix for fat, but I want to be as tight as possible.
I'm afraid of killing the little conditioning that i Have :-(

Also, I would think you should/would have the final week contest diet profile to follow and know what to eat and when. If your show is Saturday.. call them NOW!!
