Thank you to anyone who will advise me on this!

I have been working with a BI advisor for 16 weeks now and am currently 6 days away from my (figure) competition. Problem - my advisor is MIA!!! The last I heard from them was last Tuesday indicating they would "forward the final week prep". I emailed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday - nothing. I even sent an email to the general BI address - nothing back yet.

So, now I'm panicking a little. I've been reading the contest prep posts, and I think I could limp through the last week on my own - but I don't want to have to do that.

I am 5'4", 111 lbs, 12% bf - and EXTREMELY carb sensitive (like VA Mad dog) I know the last week involves very careful and specific loading/depleting/beef & grapefruit - but, I don't know what order, how much, how long - ugh - please help me!

I would rather not compete at all than ruin what I have worked so hard for in the past 16 weeks with bad choices in the next 6 days.

Thank you AGAIN! I'm hoping someone can offer some assistance!

Hey Sneaky,

Don't panic. You'll be fine on Saturday. You'll go into your show looking great and all your hard work up until this point will not be for nothing. Shoot me a PM or E-mail me at hamparian7@aol.com with your current diet, water intake, and any training or cardio you are doing. Also mention what supps you are currently taking. I find it kinda strange that you haven't heard anything from Beverly. There is apparently some sort of communication mishap going on.

Dudlee Dooright of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police), slayer of villans, savior to those in distress, awsome red dress uniform, trusty steed for transportation. Man you gotta get out of New York more often! You probably saw a horse once in NY - it was pulling one of those buggies around Central Park!

Yeah, you're right VA. I got to get outta NY more often. I used to drive a cab in NYC and would see those buggies all the time. But I thought those animals pulling them were donkeys all this time. The only horses I've seen was when I would go to the Bronx Zoo and look at zebra's, or something.LOL
