Alright - so I FINALLY go pictures. It's amazing how I FEEL so lean but then when I look at the pictures I realize I have a LOOOOOONG way to go! Ugh - I really hate pictures this far out. Oh well - the only good thing is that I'm still a lot further along at 12 weeks than I was last year. But I DEFINITELY need to work on my posing, although I won't really start working on that until about 8 weeks out.
After skinfolds today I've decided to ad about 10 more min. of cardio per day and I'll be adding Lean Out to my supps... I'll be taking it with meals 3 and 4.
I told her, you are 12 weeks out, this is where most start there diet. LOL! She is sitting good and we looked at her 12 weeks out pics from last year, wow, night and day.

99% of the females in the world would love to have that physique. With 12 weeks to go, the work ethic and dedication you've previously shown, and JTheo at the helm (...and in the home!), you have nothing to worry about. I can't wait to follow the transformation from great figure to Figure Class and Overall winner!!!!

I always feel lean- until I look at the pics too! But you are ahead of the game this year. And well on your way! We have to look at the pics for progress to occur! Keep up the good work Steph! LThis message has been edited. Last edited by: HealthNut,
Thanks for the encouraging words everyone! I DO have to keep reminding myself 12 weeks is a LOT of time - but as I'm sure most of you can relate, I want to be lean NOW But truly I'm glad to have the time to be able to lean out slowly and hold my lbm. By the way, compared to my last prep, I am holding 5 more pounds of lean mass than I was the last time I was holding 18 lbs of fat - so I'm hoping to hold onto as much lbm as possible and come in leaner for a noticeable difference on stage this time.
And I thought I'd share a funny thought from the weekend - while hanging out with a friend, she said to me "when in your life did you ever imagine yourself posing in your underwear and voluntarily posting for all the world to see?!" It made me laugh because I never thought about it - and didn't give a second thought to posting those pics this weekend. But about 5 years ago I think I would have DIED if someone told me people would see me in my undies! I'm sure many of you can relate.
Hey Steph! I was reading this thread today and then I came to the end and i was so bummed b/c i don't know how your show turned out? I was totally pulling for you!
Also, I was wondering what your leg routine was? I am just not getting any results with mine. Although the amount of weight I can do has increased, the definition just isn't happening
