I am 9 weeks out from my show and will be getting BF measurements done to send to my BI advisor at 8 weeks out. The folks at 24-Hour fitness do skinfold measurements for free, but only measure biceps, triceps, back (subscapular), and hip (superiliac). What other spots do I need to get done to send in? Anybody know of a web site that has diagrams -- the last trainer I went to said he didn't know how to measure anywhere else.

Thanks!

I've looked there before and it says that the caliper sites are listed "below," but I don't know what that's referring to. It's not listed in the email to send and it's not listed on the client profile page. If you know where it's at, please let me know.

Thanks!

Creelove,

Try this site: http://www.bblex.de/en/calc/p9folds.php

This will show you where to take the skinfold with a small description as well as a calculator to figure out your BF %.
