okay guys i have my very first bodybuilding show is this saturday, everything is going very well except for one thing.... i think i just ran out of protan! my trainer/friend back home gave me alittle less then a full bottle of the stuff. ive gone through 3 coats of it and i have just alittle left, maybe enough for one more coat. im getting airbrushed the morning of the show too... what should i do?!

call the promoter. most of them sell it the day of the show. if you register the night before, you can buy it then.

Good luck on Saturday Bendel. The first show is always a great learning experience. Try to take things in stride. Remember everyone else who is competing is also dealing with the same hassles. You have already won by sticking it out and coming in at your best - the real competition is you against your goals.

it was a great show. everyone in my class looked great. condtion wise i was better then anyone there, but doing this show helped me realize i need to add some muscle in some certain places to really do some damage. i Took 3rd in my class of 8 other guys. so now my goal is to take some time off, come back and dominate!! i want those guys to look at me and think god i hope he's not in my class....

Outstanding Ben! To me top notch conditioning is the mark of a true BBer because to get into great condition it requires a lot of focus, knowledge and hard work. Taking 3rd out of 8 in your first contest is fantastic!

Glad to hear that it was a positive experience and that you have already set new goals for yourself. Congratulations.
