Should I cut creatine out of my diet and reload the last few days before the contest or should I just keep taking it like I am (5 grams with post-training meal)? I've been told that creatine can cause some people to hold a little more subcutaneous water, so they stop using it all together. In the past, Ive just taking it daily all the way up to the day of the show. My contest is the Show-Me-Naturals on May 21st. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. SCHMOOVE | ||

I am using Muscle Synergy twice a day (first thing in the morning and preworkout), but that is only three grams of creatine. Therefore, I have another 5 grams after my workouts. I use Bev creatine plus phosphates. I asked if I should drop creatine and reload it because I heard of people doing this in an attempt to either lose more water or get a little more muscle size the last week. I'm not sure if either of these theories are valid. However, I really like how I look and don't think I'll change anything, but thanks for the reply. | |||
