Trying to live the bodybuilding lifestyle can be challenging but fun. For me, I find it very fun to come up with creative ways to make yummy food and keep it clean (with a few not so clean ingredients thrown in). Here is another recipe (I posted several on the Holiday recipe thread):
Chocolate Cake
1 (15 oz.) Can Black Beans, drained & rinsed 4 eggs 1 c. Splenda 3 T. Cocoa 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 c. Chocolate Chips (optional)
In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth EXCEPT chocolate chips. Pour into a Pam sprayed 8x8 glass baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with a dollop of fat-free cool whip!
6 servings: 115 kcals. 4 g fat 18 g carb 4 g fiber 6 g protein
So have your chicken and broccoli and some cake for dessert!
