For those of you out there that are not afraid of consuming raw eggs, try mixing 1 whole egg (I've been using free range organic eggs because they taste better) with one scoop or UMP (chocolate is my favorite).
A little water may need to be added to achieve the desired consistency but this has become my pre workout meal of choice. If you have the time, try mixing the egg and protein powder in a paper cup with a spoon and let the mix chill for approx. 30 minutes in the fridge. It will come out like a custard or gelato. I tried it last night. Had to add just a little water to get the right consistency. It tastes great - very rich and chocolatey.
