I've talked to several people in the last couple of weeks who were either hard gainers needing an easy, high calorie meal replacement; had teenage sons playing football or other sports with high metabolisms that needed to gain weight and increase strength; or were coming back from an injury or surgery and needed to add some weight back.

I've given the recipe for the shake below to each one. I thought it would be good to post it here too.

ULTIMATE MASS BUILDER

16 oz milk (do not be afraid to use Vitamin D milk with this one)

3 scoops chocolate or vanilla Beverly Mass Maker
1 scoops chocolate or vanilla Beverly UMP or Muscle Provider
Optional: for more calories add 1 tbsp peanut butter and a banana

*You could even sub the milk for the equivalent in ice cream and eat it as a pre bedtime ice cream Sunday.
