The numbers that work for me are as follows: I use darielle pasta and use 1 oz dry= 14/9/.5, I just put in small tuperware and pour hot water from the 5 gallon spring water over it and let it sit for 5 min, done! In the main tupperware, I use 2 oz of Ground turkey breast=14/0/.5 1/4 c of of organic sauce(garlic/garlic) Walnut acres= 1/5/.5 10 g of parm cheese=6/0/3 1 tsp of EFA's= 0/0/4 =34.5/14/8.25= 268 calories!! Just adjust the protein and carbs for your meal!!
