I'm not sure what to call this but just put this together and it was really good.. only did it once so will be tweaking in the future but wanted to share..

2scoops UMP vanilla
1/2c flour (going to try ommiting this or using oatmeal instead)
1 egg
2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla (probably can omit)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c diced apples
cinnamon and cloves

mix together very STIFF batter/dough spread into a well greased pie pan and bake at 350 for 15 min..... probably would be really good with lite cool whipe but I dont have any.

That sounds REALLY good.... can I hire you for your services??
