This would definetly be an off season type thing. It's got fall written all over it.

2-3 scoops vanilla ultra size
1/4-1/2c canned pumpkin
1/4c (or just a little) low carb granola (alot of fiber)
1-2 tbs. sugar free butterscotch pudding
cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste

Justin06.. YUMM..! Razz I do similar right now with muscle provider, canned pumpkin, spices (nutmeg, allspice, pumpkin pie spice) and 1-2 Tb. whole oats. A little water - stir and enjoy. Also, SF 100% natural applesauce and/or low carb vanilla yogurt makes it even better! Thanks for sharing!!
