I would love to get your feedback on what you did that was unique or different with your carb meals made on Monday and Thursday evenings during your contest prepping. I would like to gather your recipes and put them in my column for the next No Nosense Mag. issue. One of the topics will be "Everything you need to know about Carb-up Meals". Example: Here's what Amy from IL says to do... mix all the ingredients together, add 3/4 cup water, and 1/2 tsp baking soda, put it in a pan, cook in oven @ 350 for 20 min. Makes an incredible oatmeal cookie. Come on... spill the recipes!! Here's what I did. Cooked up 3/4 cup of oats in the microwave added some slenda and let cool slightly. Buttered Ezekial toast with Smart balance spread. Put the oats between the toast for a sandwich. | |||
