I'm 2 weeks out from my contest and was wondering if I should avoid light cool whip. I haven't been eating it for 6 weeks now but I'm craving it. Would it hurt to have some on my Muscle Provider pre-workout pudding?
My weight is right where it should be for me 103 lbs and I'm 5'1. |

If you are at your leanest and stage ready you can afford the 20 calories and 3g of carbs added to your MP. If you are behind in your prep I would hold out another 2 weeks and really focus on getting dialed in. This is my opinion only, but I have found once I reach peak condition I am able to back off a little and maintain. You be the judge, and after the show enjoy a full tub with no guilt.

I decided against it. I went to the grocery store and almost bought it....then I looked at the label, it has corn syrup in it! Not much pure serving and it probably wouldn't had hurt but no chances here. I've been too good! I'll wait until after the contest.
