ok, this has taken some time to perfect, but i have perfected a waffle recipe that can be used pre-contest. 1 cup eggwhites 1 scoop vanilla muscle provider 1/3 to 1/2 c oats 1/4 t nutmeg 1 t baking soda put all this in a blender and put on high for about a minute. on my waffle maker i can make 2 at a time and it takes exactly 3 1/2 minutes to make perfect fluffy waffles. if you add some blueberries to the blender for some weird reason they and the nutmeg give the waffle a chocolate taste. i add a couple of strawberriesto the blender and sprinkle a few chopped walnut pieces on waffle before i cook it. top with a little splenda and they are pretty good. no i take that back, pre-contest, they are darn good! i usually make a double batch, stick extras in fridge and put in toaster next day for breakfast. this recipe makes about 6 waffles.
Excellent recipe! Even though I forgot the baking powder (no, they did not rise : ) at this point pre-contest, you are right. These waffles were darn good.
