I have 2 avacado smoothie recipes to share. I have played slightly with the recipe myself. They are from other sources, so I can't take credit for it, but they are great! (Change portions for your nutrition needs)
"Green Smoothie" 2 oz. blueberry-pomegranate juice (I have used cherry pom. crystal lite) 2 oz. unsweetened soy milk 1 oz. sliced avacado 1/8 med. sliced lime 1 peeled kiwi (or 2oz.fresh pineapple or strawberries 3 C fresh spinach leaves 1 scoop vanilla UMP 5 drops Stevia Dash of pure Vanilla extract 1 C ice
BLend all ingredients together and enjoy! I have omitted fruit all together and still tastes good. approx. 380 Calories, 25gProtein, 65g Carbs, 5gFat, 42gSugar
Avacado Power Smoothie 1 ripe Hass avacado, peeled, pitted & halved 1 granny smith apple, cored, skin on 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp. fresh lime juice 1/2 C ice Blend until smooth & Enjoy
