My wife Julie and I have come up with a few new US recipes.

They aren't a perfect swap for meals on a Beverly Plan but are better than falling off the wagon completely.

Ultra size waffles
(Top with No Cal Syrup and Spray Butter)

2.5 Scoops Ultra size (Vanilla is best)
.75 Scoops Baking mix (we use generic brand pancake/biscuit mix)
1.5 Servins Egg Beaters or egg whites

Mix ingred. with water to a batter consistency. Place in waffle maker for 2-4 minutes. The longer you cook them, the more they taste like Belgian waffles. If you like them more fluffy leave them in less time.

If you don't have a waffle maker, make pancakes. They are awesome too!

Use spray Parkay or Smart Squeeze for a no cal butter flavor. Top with a no cal/Splenda sweetened syrup.

You talk about a craving killer! I would venture to guess that if you replaced them with the waffles at a nice brunch restaurant people would go crazy over them.
