Here's my receipe for Turkey Meatloaf:

1. 1 pound lean ground turkey
2. 1 cup spinach
3. 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
4. 3 egg whites
5. 1/2 cup chopped onion (red or vadilla is best)
6. 1/2 cup green and red peppers
7. 1 tsp mustard (spicy brown is best)
8. 1 tlbs of light parmesean cheese
9. 1 tsp garlic
10. sprinkle of pepper (any kind)
keto ketchup

mix ingriedents 1 - 10 and place in a small square pan (don't know the size I use). top with keto ketchup and sprinkle with parsley, parm cheese and garlic and bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes.

This sounds awesome! I am making it tonight. I was wondering how you measure out servings? How many ounces of this turkey meatloaf would equal a meal? Thanks!

That is the best receipe ever! It tastes so **** good! The problem is trying not to eat the entire batch.

Thank you. I'm glad to hear you liked it. Sorry for getting back with you so late, but I usually just split it up into 5 or 6 servings, depending on how hungry I am. I don't fix it often because it doesn't fit into the Bev diet that I am on. Just an occasional healthy cheat meal.
