Well, I did some searching and came across this website www.dietfreelifestyle.com and there was a bunch of great recipes on here! One of them being Oatmeal Cookies that each have 5g protein in them(don't know if that was about what you were looking for??) Here they are! I can't wait to try them after my comp in 2 wks - I am DYING for sweets!!

Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:

1 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins or tart cherries)
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 full scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray

Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients separately from moist, then stir all ingredients together. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and scoop runded spoonfuls of dough onto it. Bake 20 minutes. Makes about 24 cookies.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Note: If you need a substantial pre- or post-workout snack, these cookies are a portable solution.
