I mixed all this in a blender for breakfast yesterday:
8 oz water
6 ice cubes
8 oz liquid egg whites
2 scoops UMP
1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal (cinnamon)
It took about 2 minutes.
Approx:
70 g protein
35 g carbs
7 g fat
500 calories

Yum this was really good and most convenient as I travel alot and makes it hard to have breakfast cooked when traveling and living in hotels. I am always looking for convenient ideas like this especially when I dont care for eggs as much but I can tolerate egg whites in a carton. Kind of expensive but convenient. I used all your ingredients except the ice cubes but it was still good.

Thanks Roger as I am using this as a substitute breakfast for Phase I meal plans.
