I'm sure many have tried this recipe. It tastes so good it helps gets me up in the morning! For my diet, the recipe is a combination of a shake meal and carbs and eggs from mid day meal. I got the recipe from Rita.
3 scoops Ultra Size 4 TBS Heavy Cream 3/4 cup oatmeal 2 egg whites 1 whole egg Blueberries or Cinnamon (optional)
Combine the US and oatmeal, then the cream and eggs. Add enough water to make the mixture pourable. Cook like pancakes on hot griddle (however bubbles WON'T form so don't overcook).
Yeah those things are great. I was having them every weekend morning as a change from the usual. Got out of the habit, but may have to begin again I also added sugar free syrup to these. It does have a few extra carbs, but if not contest dieting its fine, at least for me.
