Tammy - add your protein to the 'batter' it ups the protein content and make it more like pancake batter. Yum.. it's my favorite recipe to make on weekends! (I've never tried adding the cottage cheese..)

Tammy, Be careful...its addictive I can't wait for the weekends so I can make my protein pancakes. I just mix 2 scoops of chocolate MP with 4 to 5 egg whites. It makes a thick batter and gives me a nice treat while still cutting. I only allow myself to have it on the weekends though...otherwise I would eat it for my 5 meals every day...lol
