Tammy,

I found a similar recipe in one of these threads. Don't know who came up with it, but I have a new favorite meal.

3 scoops US
1/2 cup oats
1 large egg
3 egg whites

I cook it in a pan at low heat till I see some little bubbles (they DO appear!) and the mix gets browner, flip and wait a minute or so, and bam! Perfect chocolate pancakes. I added splenda and maple extract for syrup as someone had suggested.

It's like you're eating chocolate pancakes; what could be better?

Tammy - add your protein to the 'batter' it ups the protein content and make it more like pancake batter. Yum.. it's my favorite recipe to make on weekends! (I've never tried adding the cottage cheese..)

Tammy,

Be careful...its addictive Big Grin

I can't wait for the weekends so I can make my protein pancakes. I just mix 2 scoops of chocolate MP with 4 to 5 egg whites. It makes a thick batter and gives me a nice treat while still cutting. I only allow myself to have it on the weekends though...otherwise I would eat it for my 5 meals every day...lol
