I make these pancakes that are pretty yummy:

4 egg whites
1 scoop UMP vanilla
packet splenda
cinnamon to taste
1 TBSP almond butter (I like raw, unsalted crunchy).

mix it all up and pour into pan. so good you don't even need anything on them. I make mine the night before and eat em cold in the morning on the way to work.

I should have mentioned to COOK them in the pan...lol. I put lid on pan so it cooks faster and makes a nice brown crust...then flip and finish cooking on other side.

These are your breakfast right? Where's the oatmeal? You should throw in 1/2 cup to 1 cup depending on your current diet. It will thicken the consistancy to closer to a tru pancake and it will taste phenominal! Not to mention the great source of carbohydrates you are gonna get from this supercharged breakfast!

I would assume this "pancake" would be fine right up to a show based on all the ingredients. Anyone?

How does the MP compare in taste and consistency to the UMP in the pancake? Might sound odd but have you tried the chocolate MP in the pancake or just the vanilla?

Mix (whatever your macros are in grams): Oats, egg whites, a little water, some stevia (if you want), lots of cinnamon. And Walden's pancake syrup (maple, blueberry, strawberry) are all yummy. Throw it in a pan sprayed with a little cooking spray and Voila. It's pretty darn tasty.

I've tried vanilla UMP and chocolate MP...def prefer the vanilla UMP. But like AF Chiq said, just mix up your egg whites, egg and oats with splenda and cinnamon and cook in pan. You can also try adding nutmeg, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, or almond extract to switch things up without any added calories Smile
