I sometimes add sugar free jelly for different flavor....tastes great with vanilla UMP, egg whites, cinnamon and oatmeal. Also for a diff flavor, try using 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato in place of the oatmeal. Just be sure to mash it up really well. "You've Got to Fall in Love with the Pain to Gain"

I have also made them with 8 egg whites, 1/4 cup quick steel oats, 2 Tbsp ground flax meal, cinnamon and 1 Tbsp sugar free strawberry jelly. Taste pretty yummy! "You've Got to Fall in Love with the Pain to Gain"

I kept reading about egg white pancakes on the other thread so I just had to try it. So thank you all for getting me to try something new. I used my macros for egg white, yolk, oatmeal. Then added 1/3 cup unprocessed bran, 1 tsp vanilla, a lot of cinnamon, 2 splenda packets. Mixed well, had the skillet nice and warm and cooked just like a pancake. Oh my.. delish.. topped with some blueberries and SF syrup.

everyone put your ingredients in a magic bullet. the oats need to be turned to oat flour win the eggs to make proper pancake consistency. plus they rise a bit more . add unsweetened coacoa andsplenda, and almond extract for a dark chocolate almond pancake. strwberrries seem to make the cake rise more and be more fluffy. think itsthe acisd in the berries with the egg.... I have a quick question for everyone. I make UMP pancakes all the time. The taste always comes out awesome but is there a way to get them to fluff up a bit more? Im precontest right now so I cant add anything major to them but currently my ingredients are as follows: -45g UMP -40g Oats -1 tbsp sf fiber powder -lots of cinnamon -a packet or two of stevia or splenda -pinch of nutmeg -1/4 tsp sea salt -few drizzles of imataion vanilla flavor Is there anything I can do to get the maximum "fluff" of of them? a certain amount of water, cook temp anything? Thanks ,Austin

If you add a pinch of baking soda it will get them to fluff up. Not too much though or it will alter the taste.
