I got another one! have been busy this weekend!!! 1 pac sf orange jello 1 8oz block ff cream cheese 1 c low fat cottage cheese 2 c ff cool whip small can mandarin oranges
disolve jello in 2/3 c hot water, let cool for 5 min. in a blender mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and jello til smooth. in a bowl, fold in cheese mix w/ coolwhip. pour into pie dish, chill for 4 hours and garnish w/ oranges. less than 100 cal per slice, and low carb. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Try adding some Ultra Size or Muscle Provider to bump up the protein content. Steven Wade brought in a similar recipe to work a few weeks ago w/ the added protein, and it was out of this world!!!!!
Tammy, I tried your recipe last night, but instead of going orange, I went strawberry. Strawberry jello, and strawberries on top. Just to let you know how good it was, our 6 and 8 year olds absolutely loved it and I caught my 19 year old with his fork in the pie plate early this morning. Tommorrow, I'm going to try and make a chocolate cheesecake. Then cherry...then key lime. This is great, the possiblities are endless. Thanks alot. Sue
