Here is a quick,delicious protein packed meal you can take with you on the road or eat at home anytime.

1 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch(natural and organic ingredients)

1 Scoop of UMP

10oz. of milk

This will give you plenty of dietary fiber,low glycemic carbs from the cereal and 39 grams of high quality protein.Sometimes I even add 6oz. of cold coffee to the mix for a pick me up.

sounds good...also , another goo mix is 1 cup puffed rice cereal with a scoop beverly protiens with water...

My current 5th meal (of 7) is 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop of US 1 TBS walnuts.

I pour hot water, cover for 2 minutes, sit back and ENJOY!
