Does anybody have any good egg recipes. Sometimes eggs are just to hard to choke down.

Buy fresh, free range eggs. Just eat one or two whole ones and you're in heaven. Hot, red pepper and mix with veggies or on potato slices.

Or do as others and make some sort of pancake with all the ingredients combined, including UMP.

As Frank said its often best to spice them up a little bit via red peppers. I also like to used crushed red pepper and even some garlic and onion powder. Try mushrooms in an omelet thats really good too and mushrooms make a good filler

I am not sure what you diet includes, but if it includes lean ham you can make an amazing dish. Take 1oz slices of lean ham and place it in a muffin tin. I recommend thick slices of ham.

Mix up eggs. I use 4 whole eggs and 8 egg whites (for 8muffins). I also add some onions and jalapenos to this mix. Pour the mix over the ham and bake on 350 for about 15-20min.

Try adding different spices and veggies for a different taste.

House, I normally mix 10 egg whites, 1 yolk and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oatmeal, a splash of water, and beat it up real good in a big mixing bowl, and nuke it for about 4 min. Try that its AWSOME !
