If you like PB and you like Vanilla Ultra Size this is the recipe for you:

1 cup of Crunchy Natural PB
1 cup of Splenda (can use Splenda brown sugar if you prefer)
2 scoops of Vanilla US
1 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 whole egg and 1 white
1 tbs of Vanilla Extract

Mix together in a bowl

Then roll 16 small balls, place on a cookie sheet which is heavily sprayed with PAM to prevent sticking.

Once on sheet, take wet fork dip into a bowl with a little splenda. Take fork and press into top of cookie to flatten a bit and leave those cookie marks.

Finish off by sprinkling a tad of cinnamon on them.

Macros are pretty good (per cookie):

Protein: 8-9 grams
Carbs: 3 grams
Fat: 10 grams

I cant stop eating them. They are better the next day as long as you seal in an air tight container.

These will be a staple this offseason, lol.

I tweaked the recipe a tad to add 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar and 1/2 cup of regular splenda to account for the cup of splenda.

This does increase the sugar content a bit, but for those on a lower carb high protein high fat diet, these are awesome to get extra protein and your healthy fats.

I keep a batch around always for my sweet tooth and to add fat and protein to my meals.

If you havent tried them I highly recommend them.
