Perfect for this time of the year and filled with tons of protein:
4 eggwhites 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop Ultra Size 1TBS Pumpkin Butter ( I found this at Trader Joes!!) 1 tsp vanilla Cinnamon and Splenda Mix ingrediants and pour into waffle pan or can make pancakes. Top with spray butter or sugar free syrup or eat plain! You can add other things as well like crushed walnuts, honey, nutmeg! Enjoy! |

Sounds good..you can also mix spoon full of canned pure pumpkin to your oatmeal/UMP or MP and yogurt. Delicious for the season too.

I love Pumpkin, anything that has it in it. Unfortunately J nixed that in the diet too. I thought it could be included but he said Nope. I only have another 4 days before I have my after contest splurge day. I want one of those pumpkin cappucinos from the machines at the service station. Just one, that'll do me. Until I see a pie, or muffin, donut. Kidding Jason, kidding!. That northern Kentucky isn't that far away so I must stay focused.

You're timing it just right for tempting treats-Robbi. They are every where for the holidays!
I only made one of these this morning-pretty tasty little treat: mix tbs oatmeal, 1/4-1/2tbs egg, 1/4tsp pb, 1/4 tsp pumpkin, cinnamon splenda to taste.. bake 325 for 5-6 minutes. |
