For the muscle goo, I replaced the honey with Nesquick chocolate milk mix since it contains sugar (whereas honey is 40% fructose which has to be digested by the liver and significantly slows down digestion) to get a quicker delivery to system for eating just prior to pumping up for prejudging.

I used 2 TBSP natura PB, 1 scoop vanilla US, 9 TBSP of the choc milk mix, & 3 TBSP of water.

In my opinion, is addicting and works great.

It taste sort of like a reeses peanut butter cup cake icing.

Recipie sounds delicious. Not sure that I agree with the logic on the replacement though. Sugar (aka sucrose) is a disacchride made of 1 glucose molecule linked to 1 fructose molecule. To be digested, this first must be broken down into glucose and fructose. The glucose is processed very quickly while the fructose, as you said must go through the liver. However, since the ratio of fructose to glucose is 1:1 this product is 50% fructose (after breakdown) as opposed to the 40% in honey. This breakdown step may actually cause slower utilization of the Nesquick.

Ultimately though, I think at that point getting any kind of sugar in you will help you pump up, which is why a Snickers bar is also a perfectly acceptable option. My argument above was more of a theoretical one, so if you like the taste of the Nesquick, go for it. It's the one time of year that you can eat cr*p and honestly say that it is benefitting you.

How bad would this be for an off-season treat:

2 Tbs nat pb, 2 scoops ultra size, packet of sugar free coco mix, and for a special treat m-nms

The goo would not be a bad treat for off season.

Jon ABrams from Beverly mixed a few of the different Beverly Proteins together for his goo instead of just the Ultra Size. He added all of the usual treats and said the result was outstanding. Just thought it may be something different to try.

For my show this past Saturday, I added maple syrup. It worked well.
