Depending on what your diet allows you can add a number of things. I havent had canned tuna in awhile but I would drain it and add my brown rice right to it along with crushed red pepper, black pepper, and some garlic and onion powder. Depending on your carbs you can add a small amount of oats to it and make tuna patties with different seasonings. Many people like to add peppers too. Red, yellow, green or even some hot peppers of some type. Check around the recipe section. If Im not mistaken there is another thread about canned tuna or maybe even a few threads.
