If your tired of whites and oatmeal: Use your own dietary amounts.
1. Sprinkle some oatmeal to cover small loaf pan or any baking dish. Turn oven on broil until slightly crisp.(5min, watch closesly) 2. While that is going scramble eggs slightly, to almost scrambled with little moisture left in skillet. 3. Pour into the oatmeal coated pan, top with more oatmeal and broil few more minutes until crispy.
This has become my morning treat, add sea salt, spinach, veggies, whatever your diet allows. It takes a few times to perfect it.
I'm going to have to try this. It sounds pretty good to crisp the whites up with some oats. I also boil the egg whites ahead of time. Then post morning cardio, just chop the whites up into the bowl of oats, add hot water and voila, splenda and lots of cinnamon. I have been told on numerous occasions that it looks gross but it's good. Looks even worse when, on "off-season" I add blueberries. It gives it a gray goo look but its also yummy.
When you eat this day and day out...you HAVE to find ways to be inventive!! Nutmeg, cinnamon and splenda is good combo too....even a little vanilla extract livens it up.

Yea-I love my eggs/oatmeal breakfasts too. Sometime you just need a little variation. I've been in the kitchen practicing for my foodnetwork debut.. LOL
