Call me crazy...or call me dieting, but when making "cuts" to my diet recently I switched from having 4 strawberries in my Muscle Provider shakes to having ½ grapefruit in my shakes (grapefruit is a very thermogenic fruit.) I absolutely love it. I wish I could have a shake for every meal. Check out the recipe below. YUM!
2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Provider ½ grapefruit 4 ice cubs 4-5 oz. water
Blend into a delightful, pulpy, frothy shake.
(I also take 2 Bev Flax caps & 1 Bev EPO caps along with my shake)
